ARTICULO 36 . PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA RENOVACION O MODIFICACION DE LA LICENCIA AMBIENTAL. La autoridad ambiental competente dispondrá de un plazo máximo de treinta (30) días hábiles, contados a partir de la presentación de la solicitud de modificación o renovación de la Licencia Ambiental, para pronunciarse sobre los requisitos y condiciones que deba cumplir el beneficiario de la Licencia Ambiental. Una vez allegada la información y cumplidos los requisitos y condiciones, la autoridad ambiental dispondrá de un plazo máximo de sesenta (60) días para decidir sobre la renovación o modificación de la Licencia Ambiental correspondiente.
