Art. 42. Es absolutamente prohibido a los miembros del Jurado tratar de ejercer influencia en el resaltado de la votación. Ellos deben limitarse a consignar sus votos y a cumplir los deberes que las leyes les imponen.

Esta disposición se fijará en carteles impresos ó en letra clara y legible, en el local en que funcione el Jurado, para que sus miembros no puedan alegar ignorancia.
