Reserva de siniestros avisados de los seguros educativos. Esta reserva se debe constituir para cada siniestro y en la fecha del aviso a la entidad aseguradora sobre la utilización del beneficio educativo. El monto de la reserva corresponderá al valor presente de todos los pagos futuros por concepto de matrículas del programa de educación escogido y se debe ajustar mensualmente, con base en el valor de la última matrícula pagada por la aseguradora. Si la póliza de seguro educativo contempla devoluciones durante este período, también se podrá liberar esta reserva para tal efecto.
