Objeciones parciales . Si la declaratoria de ilegalidad o inconstitucionalidad afectare alguno o algunos de los artículos del presupuesto de rentas e ingresos, el gobierno suprimirá las apropiaciones que no sean forzosas por una cantidad igual las rentas anuladas. Si la objeción afectare una o varias partidas del presupuesto de gastos, el gobernador pondrá en ejecución el presupuesto en la parte válida y contracreditará las partidas afectadas.
