ARTICULO 91. Las empresas de transporte deberán establecer en sus reglamentos o estatutos, las sanciones para los propietarios de los vehículos que no se acojan a los programas de reposición propuestos por las empresas y evaluados por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito.
