Programación integral . Los proyectos de inversión registrados en el Banco de Programas y Proyectos de Inversión del Sistema General de Regalías incorporarán, en forma integral, todos los gastos asociados al respectivo proyecto de inversión, sin que los mismos correspondan a gastos corrientes, entendidos estos como gastos recurrentes que son de carácter permanente y posteriores a la terminación del proyecto.
