° Los nombramientos de depositarios i avaluadores en estos juicios son de forzosa aceptacion ; i en consecuencia el Recaudador puede compeler a los nombrados a que acepten, con multas hasta de diez pesos ($ 10) o arresto hasta por diez dias, estimándose el caso como de desobedecimiento a la autoridad.
