Art. 1.° La junta suprema directiva del crédito nacional, a la cual corresponde la emisión de bonos flotantes en pago de los créditos reconocidos por sentencias definitivas de la corte suprema federal, dispondrá que tal emisión se suspenda ínter se cumplen las prevenciones de los dos artículos siguientes.
