Acta de concurso. De cada concurso el Secretario General remitirá al Superintendente, un acta en la que conste:

1.

Número, fecha de convocatoria y empleo a proveer.

2.

Nombres de las personas inscritas, admitidas y no admitidas, anotando en éste último caso la razón del rechazo.

3.

Informe sobre las reclamaciones que se presentaron durante el concurso, su respectivo trámite y resultado.

4.

Informe del resultado de las pruebas.

5.

Relación de los participantes con indicación de las calificaciones obtenidas y de quienes no se presentaron.
