Los arrendatarios de locales no podrán depositar en las mismas mercancías cuya naturaleza pudiera aumentar la prima de seguros de los edificios, o de otras mercancías depositadas en lugares próximos. Podrán apartarse los inquilinos de esta regla, siempre que la Gerencia dé la autorización correspondiente y el interesado pague las diferencias de las primas de seguros que pudieran ser afectadas.
