Establecer un gravamen arancelario permanente para las siguientes subpartidas: Código Descripción Gravamen 2933.61.00.00 - - Melamina 0% 3817.00.10.00 - Dodecilbenceno 5% 4805.91.10.00 - - - Absorbentes, de los tipos utilizados para la fabricación de laminados plásticos decorativos 0% 4811.90.80.00 - - Papeles absorbentes, decorados o impresos, sin impregnar, de los tipos utilizados para la fabricación de laminados plásticos decorativos 5%

Parágrafo

El gravamen establecido en el presente artículo tendrá vigencia a partir del 1° de enero de 2010 y modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1° del Decreto 4589 de 2006.
