En cambio de la renta líquida gravable, el Gobierno, si lo considera conveniente, podrá tomar como base alternativa para los efectos del Artículo 9º de la presente Ley, el total de las ventas de cada año que corresponda directamente a la actividad hotelera derivada de la nueva inversión. En este caso, el porcentaje para efectos de la entrega de certificados de desarrollo turístico, será hasta de seis por ciento (6%).
