En todo caso, los acuerdos en materia comercial, concertados dentro de las organizaciones de cadena de que trata la Ley 811 de 2003, deberán ser depositados ante la Dirección de Cadenas Productivas del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, previa su entrada en vigor o ejecución.
