La Subdirección de Recaudación de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales deberá certificar a la Subdirección Financiera de la Dirección General del Tesoro Nacional, una vez surtido el proceso de contabilización del respectivo período, el valor de los recursos con destino al Fondeg, recaudados a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 677 de 2001.
