El artículo 204 de la Constitución Política quedará así
Artículo 204. Para ser elegido Vicepresidente se requieren las mismas calidades que para ser Presidente de la República.
El Vicepresidente podrá ser reelegido para el período siguiente si integra la misma fórmula del Presidente en ejercicio.
El Vicepresidente podrá ser elegido Presidente de la República para el período siguiente cuando el Presidente en ejercicio no se presente como candidato.
