El Tribunal Superior Militar, al disponer el cambio de radicación, señalará el juzgado del lugar donde deba continuar el proceso. Cuando el cambio obedezca a razones de orden público, se obtendrá del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares o del Director General de la Policía Nacional a, según el caso, si fuere necesario, informe sobre los diferentes sitios donde no sea conveniente la radicación.
