Conocerá de las causas acumuladas el Juez que primero haya dictado auto de proceder. Decretada la acumulación, se suspenderá el proceso más adelantado hasta que todos queden en condiciones de ser seguidos como uno solo. En los procesos adelantados por el procedimiento especial, conocerá de las causas acumuladas el Juez que haya iniciado primero la investigación. Esta acumulación se decretará antes del traslado al Fiscal.
