Artículo segundo. Los exámenes de validación de cursos completos correspondientes al ciclo básico de educación media serán realizados en establecimientos oficiales y también en planteles no oficiales previamente autorizados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, para efectos de éste Decreto.
