Conductores . Las empresas operadoras serán las encargadas de contratar directamente al personal de conductores, a través de contratos de trabajo en los términos y condiciones que para el efecto se establezcan en las normas laborales vigentes. Las empresas operadoras en el proceso de implementación de los SETP, deberán dar preferencia a los conductores que a la fecha trabajen en las rutas de transporte colectivo, siempre y cuando reúnan los requisitos que las autoridades municipales correspondientes determinen.
