Art. 1º. Revalídase en los términos de la Legislación nacional, en privilegio otorgado por las leyes 204 de 1871 y 203 de 1875, expedidas por la Asamblea del Estado soberano de Antioquia, y 6.ª de 1875, por la del Estado soberano del Cauca, en virtud de las cuales construyeron los señores Pantaleón González O. y Andrés Escobar un puente sobre el río Cauca, en el punto denominado "La Cana."

Parágrafo

La zona privilegiada comprenderá una extensión de cinco kilómetros hácia arriba y otro tanto hácia abajo, del lugar donde está colocado el puente.
