Art. 18. El Secretario comerá á la misma hora que los alumnos y presidirá la mesa; no permitirá que en ella haya desórdenes y, sobre todo, impedirá que durante los comidas los alumnos se quejen del servicio o de los alimentos que se les dan. Las quejas que sobre esto tengan el Secretario y los alumnos las expondrán al Director fuera del comedor.
