Article 1

La Corte Electoral Estará Integrada Por Los Dos Ex-Presidentes De La República Más Antiguos, De Distinta Filiación Política, Y En Capacidad De Ejercer Las Funciones Señaladas A Los Miembros De Este Organismo, Y Por Cuatro Delegados Que No Desempeñen Empleos Públicos, Dos (2) Conservadores Y Dos (2) Liberales, Que Serán Designados Por La Corte Suprema De Justicia En Plena, Para Períodos De Dos (2) Años, Pudiendo Ser Reelegidos

° La Corte Electoral estará integrada por los dos ex-Presidentes de la República más antiguos, de distinta filiación política, y en capacidad de ejercer las funciones señaladas a los miembros de este organismo, y por cuatro delegados que no desempeñen empleos públicos, dos (2) conservadores y dos (2) liberales, que serán designados por la Corte Suprema de Justicia en plena, para períodos de dos (2) años, pudiendo ser reelegidos.

Parágrafo

Los delegados nombrados por la Corte devengarán cien pesos ($ 100.00) por cada sesión que asistan.
