Las Facultades Universitarias que otorguen títulos profesionales en odontología, ya establecidas o que puedan establecerse en el territorio nacional, funcionarán bajo la inspección y vigilancia del Presidente de la República, quien podrá ejercerlas por intermedio del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el artículo 135 de la Constitución Nacional.
