De la aplicación de las medidas de seguridad . Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, la autoridad competente con base en la naturaleza del producto, el tipo de servicio, del hecho que origina la violación de las normas sanitarias o en la incidencia sobre la salud humana, la sanidad animal o vegetal o el deterioro del ambiente, aplicará la medida correspondiente.
