Artículo sexto. Para la creación, instalación y gastos de la Orden serán abiertos los créditos necesarios en el Presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Ministro del ramo solicitará oportunamente del Congreso la inclusión de las partidas presupuestales anuales que requiera el correcto funcionamiento de la Orden.
