º . Proposición de candidatos para acceder a la bonificación. El Ministro de Defensa Nacional someterá a consideración del Presidente de la República, las operaciones realizadas por Miembros de la Fuerza Pública y funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, quien de conformidad con los parámetros establecidos en el artículo 2º del presente decreto determinará si son consideradas como de importancia nacional.
