Artículo décimo. Los gerentes o directores de periódicos, revistas, y en general de toda publicación periódica, estarán obligados a cumplir lo que dispone el artículo 75 de la Ley 86 de 1946; sobre envío de tres ejemplares de cada una de sus ediciones con destino a la Oficina de Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual, a la Biblioteca Nacional y a la Universidad Nacional. Cuando los gerentes y directores de esas publicaciones dejaren de cumplir el deber que aquí se les impone por el término de un año, el Registrador procederá a cancelar la inscripción del titulo, mediante resolución motivada.
