Identificación del territorio de protección de los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento. El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio del Interior, como medida excepcional de protección a los territorios ancestrales de los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento, procederá a identificar el territorio objeto de protección y realizará su registro bajo la modalidad de “Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento con presencia confirmada y territorialidad identificada”, según lo establecido en el artículo 2.14.20.4.2 del Decreto número 1071 de 2015.

Parágrafo

En el acto administrativo de registro correspondiente a la modalidad “Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento con presencia confirmada y territorialidad identificada”, se delimitará de forma clara la territorialidad indígena y la zona de amortiguamiento, y se declarará la intangibilidad del territorio de los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento.
