De conformidad con el artículo 65 de la Ley 21 de 1982, los programas de vivienda que adelanten las cajas de compensación familiar estarán dirigidos exclusivamente a los trabajadores que carezcan de ella y que tengan la calidad de beneficiarios en los términos del artículo 18 de la misma ley.
