º. La Junta Monetaria, estudiará y propondrá para su adopción por el Presidente de la República

Regulaciones de carácter general sobre aspectos de política monetaria y financiera relacionadas con el sistema de valor constante.

Reglamentaciones generales relacionadas con la operación, manejo y liquidez de las entidades que reciben préstamos del FAVI;

Las tasas de interés de las obligaciones constituidas bajo el sistema de valor constante;

Normas sobre las características básicas del sistema de valor constante, su periodicidad, plazo de las obligaciones, cupos, reajustes y en general, todo lo necesario para una adecuada ejecución del sistema.
