Sujeción al régimen. Por el hecho de solicitar el servicio de acueducto y alcantarillado, el usuario acepta las condiciones establecidas en el reglamento interno de la entidad. La entidad prestadora de los servicios públicos deberá informar al usuario al momento de recibir el formulario de solicitud del servicio sobre las condiciones del mismo.
