Modifíquese el artículo 2.1.1.2.6.4.1 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.2.6.4.1. Solicitud de información. El Fondo Nacional de Vivienda podrá solicitar información a cualquier entidad o autoridad que considere competente, para verificar el acaecimiento de cualquiera de las causales incorporadas en el artículo 2.1.1.2.6.3.3 de la presente sección. Las entidades o personas competentes deberán suministrar sin costo alguno, en medio magnético, la información requerida de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente artículo”.
