Art. 1° En el mismo acto en que se presente a la Aduana el manifiesto por menor de las mercancias contenídas en un cargamento, interesado ó consignatario respectivo deberá declarar si quiere que sus mercancias sean examinadas en alguna Oficina de Comercio, o si prefiere que lo sean definitivamente en la misma Aduana. En el primer caso deberá declarar a cual Oficina de Comercio presentará el cargamento.
