Las Entidades territoriales, podrán hacer uso de los recursos obtenidos por el giro de excedentes del FONPET del Sector Educación, para el pago de las obligaciones derivadas del pago de la sanción por mora de cesantías, que le sean atribuibles a las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación.
Para estos efectos, el Fondo de Prestaciones Sociales del Magisterio establecerá los requerimientos de información y de registro de tales obligaciones.
