ARTICULO UNICO . Exímase del pago de derechos de bodegaje la maquinaria y elementos destinados a la planta eléctrica municipal de Pasto, que se encuentran en Buenaventura. En consecuencia, con la sanción de esta Ley, cesará toda retención toda retención, embargo o juicio pendiente.
