Del acto de adjudicación . El acto de adjudicación con que culmine la respectiva licitación para la venta de inmuebles, deberá insertarse en la correspondiente escritura pública, a la cual se le dará el trámite legal hasta su inscripción en la Oficina de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos.
