La emisión de monedas de plata de que trata el artículo 131 del Código Fiscal (Ley 110 de 23 de noviembre de 1912), no podrá exceder, en ningún caso, de cuatro millones de pesos, valor nominal. Todo exceso constituye delito de circulación de moneda falsa.
