Antes de aplicarse la tabla de aumentos a las pensiones que hubieren quedado restringidas a doscientos pesos ($ 200.00) mensuales, por razón del límite máximo establecido en el ordinal c) del artículo 17de la Ley 6ª. de 1945, y en los artículos 4°. y 9°. de la Ley 53 del mismo año, se repetirá su liquidación en las mismas condiciones, y con base en el mismo sueldo previstos en la ley respectiva. Si la cuantía resultante fuere inferior a cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400.00) se le aplicará la tabla de aumentos hasta llegar a esa suma; si fuere superior, la pensión se fijará en cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400.00) mensuales.
