Artículo segundo . Cuando conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, se inscribieren varias listas de candidatos, al hacerse el escrutinio se aplicará el sistema del cuociente electoral, pero en este caso la declaratoria de la elección deberá corresponder a personas que representen ramos comerciales no incluidos en la lista que haya obtenido la mayoría de votos o que no estén ya representados en el personal directivo, en forma que ningún ramo comercial quede con mas de dos representantes en la respectiva Cámara.
