El Ministerio de Obras Públicas procederá á revisar las concesiones pendientes sobre bosques nacionales; declarará caducadas administrativamente aquéllas en que haya motivo para ello, y hará que se promuevan las acciones civiles conducentes para que se declaren resueltas ó terminadas aquéllas que no puedan declararse caducadas administrativamente.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio no concederá prorrogas respecto de las concesiones pendientes.
