ARTICULO 5º. Son Profesores Internos, los Oficiales en servicio activo que por Decreto Ejecutivo sean destinados para ocupar este cargo dentro de las dotaciones orgánicas de las Escuelas de Preparación Militar Son Profesores Externos, los Oficiales en servicio activo y en uso de buen retiro que sin ocupar los puestos de dotación orgánica de Profesores, sean nombrados para dictas asignaturas.
