FORMA DE DISPONER LAS DESTINACIONES, TRASLADOS Y COMISIONES. Las destinaciones, traslados y comisiones de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, se dispondrán así: Por decreto del Gobierno, comisiones al exterior superiores a noventa (90) días. Por Resolución del Ministerio de Defensa, comisiones al exterior menores de noventa (90) días. Por Resolución de la Dirección General, comisiones permanentes o transitorias mayores de treinta (30) días dentro del país y destinaciones y traslados. Por artículo de la Orden del Día de las Direcciones y Departamentos de Policía, comisiones de Agentes hasta por treinta (30) días.
