Art 64. Las matrículas quedan abiertas desde el 1.° de Febrero hasta el 15 del mismo mes. Treinta dias antes de abrirse, por lo menos, se anunciará su apertura en los periódicos oficiales y en cartelones fijados en los lugares públicos de la ciudad.
