Artículo primero. Reincorpórase a la planta de personal de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, establecida mediante el Decreto número 2484 de fecha 4 de diciembre de 1973, al doctor Augusto Villegas Gómez en cargo de Superintendente de Notariado y Registro III-38, con una asignación mensual de quince mil pesos ($ 15.000.00) moneda corriente.
