º. El Procurador General de la Nación podrá asignar primas técnicas hasta por un treinta por ciento (30%) del valor de la remuneración mínima mensual o de la asignación básica mensual, según sea el caso, al Secretario Privado, a los Jefes de División Grado 22, a los Jefes de Oficina Grado 22, a los Abogados Asesores Grado 22 y a los Jefes de Sección Grado 17, con el lleno de los requisitos que establezca mediante reglamentación interna y previa viabilidad presupuestal, en los términos del Decreto 2573 de 1991 y 1724 de 1997.
