APLICACION DE LAS DISPOSICIONES CONTENIDAS EN LA LEY 100 DE 1993 Y EN LEYES ANTERIORES. Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 288 de la Ley 100 de 1993, todo trabajador privado u oficial, funcionario público, empleado público y servidor público tiene derecho a que le sea aplicable cualquier norma contenida en este Estatuto, en relación con el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, que estime favorable ante el cotejo con lo dispuesto en leyes anteriores sobre la misma materia.
