° El Presente Acuerdo rige a partir de la fecha de su expedición, deroga el Acuerdo número 02 de abril 20 de 1979 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y para su validez requiere la aprobación mediante Decreto del Gobierno Nacional.
