Si alguno de los que tienen a su cargo los elementos con que se fabrica la moneda legítima, usare de ellos para fabricarla indebidamente o los facilitare a otro con ese fin, incurrirá en la sanción establecida en el artículo 214, aumentada hasta en una tercera parte y en la interdicción perpetua de derechos y funciones públicas.
