Informes . Dimar debe enviar al Ministerio de Transporte, informes semestrales, los cuales deben contener el número de habilitaciones y permisos de operación otorgados, negados, cancelados, suspendidos, las autorizaciones de fletamento o arrendamiento de naves y sanciones a las empresas de servicio público de transporte marítimo durante el semestre respectivo, anexando copia de las resoluciones que las concedieron, como también las de los permisos especiales y transitorios otorgados.
