Artículo segundo. El sueldo del Ingeniero a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se pagará así: $ 200 por Locativas, y $ 150 por la obra del Capitolio Nacional.

Parágrafo

Si alguna de las obras de que trata el presente artículo quedare terminada o suspendida por falta de fondos para continuarla, el expresado sueldo se pagará por la obra que tenga saldo disponible. Comuníquese y publíquese.
